our factory, cangnan lucky cotton products factory, hereby certifies that the bleached and colored yarns supplied to our clients, are produced from mixed of polyester fiber and cotton fabric wastes.


The process of manufacturing consists of the following steps:

1,We collect large lots of fabric wastes with bleached or colored (bleached or colored clips) made of cotton and polyester from many garment factories.
1.1 the bleached or colored clips are then passed to the tearing machines, which torn the clips into fibers.
1.2 A percentage of 15% or more of polyester fibers added to these fibers
for strengthening the fibers to be ready for the Open End Line.
1.3 Carding machine receive these fibers to start the stage, then continue to drawing machine and ends by Open End machine producing bleached or colored yarn of polyester and cotton fibers.

2. We are a specialized and leading manufacturer of regenerated tc yarn in china. we are mainly producing weaving yarn and knitting yarn such as regenerated yarn,oe yarn,carded yarn,dyed yarn,colored yarn,towel yarn,socks yarn,gloves yarn,carpet yarn,blanket yarn,mats yarn,rugs yarn,canvas yarn,denim yarn,jeans yarn,hosiery yarn,blended yarn,cvc yarn,twisted yarn,yarn for weaving cloth,yarn for fabric,yarn for curtain,yarn for cotton rope,dreff yarn,mops yarn,wiper yarn,duster yarn,etc.

Usually the production of such yarns varies from Ne 0.5s to 20s counts, and this type of yarns are used in manufacturing cheap and common weaving and knitting products, such as towel, gloves, socks ,blanket etc.

Our factory’s production capacity of such yarn are around 1000 tons per month, and are exported to many developing countries like Korea, Pakistan, Malaysia ,Russia,Philippines,Brazil,Saudi Arabia,Egypt ,Turkey etc.
